First got involved in the club by helping work in registration getting everyone signed up for events.
After a few years Alicia began to coordinate events including site prep and worker assignments.
The most rewarding part of the work is to get out on course and race, even if it's a little sideways.

The Oregon Coast provides some of the most diverse and magnificent beaches along the west coast. One of our favorite beaches to visit is at Cape Perpetua. There are plenty of rocks and tide pools to explore as well as sand to build creations.
The Heceta Head Lighthouse is one of our favorite lighthouses to visit. They always give great tours and taking the climb to the top of the tower always produces breath taking views.
Spending time as a family is a priority. Whenever possible we make time to take trips as a family to our favorite places. We like to travel to the coast and go camping in RVs with family.
Alicia was born in Arizona and moved to Oregon at a very young age with her family. She has been a resident of Oregon for 30 years. Most of her immediate family members live in Oregon but she has extended family in Florida, New York, New Jersey and Maine.
